CONCEPT RECOVERIES BULLYING TACTICS

I am really harassed by a consultant from this company. He calls me on 05 April 2023 telling me that my African Bank account has been handed over to them and ge is trying to give me a better settlement. When asking him when was my account handed over, he firstly send me a document from African Bank to this company regarding debt recoveries. I then asked him specifically to give me confirmation that my account specifically was handed over to them. He then send me an instructive letter from his company to me dated 05 April 2023. Guess what, he thinks I'm such a full. The letter gives me a full settlement amount plus almost 33% interest. To my dismay, he does not even listen when I inform him on whatsapp that I concluded an agreement, a week before, with African Bank for payment and settlement by month end. A debicheck was also done on my bank account. I further informed him and send him proof that his company is one of the third taking this chances. By the way, on receipt of his conversations, I contacted African Bank who stood by our agreement. It is concerning how then are this people getting our information. I agree they might be having that deal with African Bank to follow on some clients, BUT do they really get feedback from African Bank or clients information is shared legally with them?
