Bad service

I had a call form Tebogo this this morning, the more i explained to her that i am dealing with Tshepiso(very nice guy, well mannered and non-interuptive) the more rude and arrogant she became, Kagiso advised me that no manager is available for me to log a complaint, what a pathetic call centre is this?????????????????? i am totally appalled by the service i received from Tebogo today!!!!!!!!!!!!! she needs to get fired immediately !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
