Bad Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!

Concept Recoveries are so unprofessional. The experience I have with them is extremely bad!!!!!!! They are so rude. The processes are not working. They've given me a whatsapp number to send my proof of payment, i've sent it. They cannot find my payment and I have used the payment details provided by them. Payment was made on the 23rd of May already. They've never rep**** whatsapp, I called them and they promised to call me back ....till now, nothing.

They haven't solved my query for an ITC update or a paid up letter request.
