Beware!!! Concept Flooring are ****mers and con artists

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!

This company is a **** and the owners Michael and his wife Nadia are both con artists. They come across as super helpful and are happy to answer any questions until you pay the 80% deposit and the first part of the job starts. After that they will no longer take your calls and will only communicate with you via WhatsApp messages which either take them hours to answer or they just don't reply.

They make out like they have this massive team that will come in and finish your job professionally but they use a sub contractor and if any issues arise, Michael and Nadia will not help sort out the problem. Once the sub contractor starts the first stage of the job even though you have just paid your 80% deposit they claim there is a discrepancy and because of that they have run out of material and money and they will both harass you non stop to try and get more money from you.

The worst part of this whole experience is they never had the intention of finishing off the job. There has been story after story and long WhatsApp messages accusing me of things that never happened so they can create this animosity between you and them so it becomes so unpleasant you no longer want to deal with them.

They take people for fools and hope you know nothing about the building industry so they can take you for a ride.

I've read the other reviews on Google that have 1 star ratings and I now believe those reviews 100%. Knowing what I know now, the response from Concept flooring to those reviews is a completely altered version of what actually happened so they can push the blame onto the customer so they don't come across as the ones at fault.

Let this review be your warning!!! They will take your money and never finish the job. You will be left with half finished floors and you will need to get another contractor in to fix their mess.
