Bad attitude and terrible finishes

Concept flooring were contracted to complete concrete wall and floor finishes to our kitchen. When I contacted Michael to find out if they will be back to clean up, he asked me if I wanted a cleaning service to clean everything up. (terribly rude and arrogant). Their finishes to the walls and floors were horribly untidy. They are a husband and wife team and terribly defensive when told they are wrong. Michael was so rude to me on the phone for absolutely no reason at all. I would never recommend that anyone use their services. Its been over a month now and they have still not contacted us wrt cleaning up anything. Their prices are lower than most contractors in the market but their workmanship is not worth it. They also require full and final payment before the sealing coat which means that they can leave with the client being unhappy and not bother about satisfying the client on completion.
