Poor Customer Service

I would like to complain about the poor service level to warn other individuals or companies with Concept Design.<br> <br> In January this year I requested both Jacques & Dewald Wessels to provide me a quote on designing a website. I was lead to believe that they are a reputable organisation with more than two staff members, which is not the case. I was told that I should pay a set up fee and a monthly fee of R 1,150.00 pm in lieu of hosting and 6 hours of designing for each month. <br> <br> In March i requested that they design specials for the Easter period, which was normal images one could copy and paste from google with no \design\" per-say. I questioned this and was brushed off, and ignored by Dewald ever since. Jacques was supposed to design a Shopping Cart which to 30 March was not available for viewing. I requested to meet with Jacques, and was ignored to date. I told him I was not happy with their service level and wanted to discuss this. <br> <br> Jacques, was not available and made no effort. On 7 April Concept Designs suspended all my email accounts and the website, after I PAID for the design hereof without ANY communication as to why.<br> <br> Plse do not do NOT do business with them!!!"
