The worst after service I've experienced yet

I've used CBS to replace the wooden facia at our home. When the rain came, it destroyed the ceiling; the cause was no insulation installed with the facia. I've been trying to get them to fix this mess they made but the owner conveniently "forgets" about me. He has assured me on three occasions that he'll come to fix the issue, but then, when the time comes, he has another excuse.

I'm disgusted at the level of service this business gives to "small" clients. Our invoice was +- R12 000

I would recommend anyone to stay away from these ******.
