Poor Service Levels

On Thursday 01 August 2019 I decided to use Comx Computers even though Takealot price was slightly cheaper with free delivery guaranteed for Tuesday 06 August.

It took me most of the day 01 August 2019 to get information out of Comx which should have given an indication of their service levels, however I decided to give them a chance as they also confirmed delivery 06 August by email. Monday 05 August I follow up and they say they have not received anything yet, but if they do it will be delivered 06 August.

06 August I check in again and they say nothing received will only be delivered 07 August even though I advised them at the time of the order I will only be home on 06 August. They claim even though they confirmed delivery 06 August on email that no delivery is guaranteed (nothing of this noted in email). No telephone number on the website and when I request for a manager to call me it just gets ignored.

This will be the last time I use this company for my PC requirements and do not suggest anyone else uses them.
