Poor Service minus one Star.
<p>This company seems to do business as Comx Computers and Laptop Direct and MecerPC.I have been trying for 16 days just to get a quote from them for a computer power supply with no luck.Their website is quite good but the sales service does not match,very dissappointed ,they definately received my enquiries ,even after a email to them explaining my problem ,no reply.One star is one too many.I will spread the word on facebook groups in Centurion .It was a small order only R377,maybe they are not interested in small money,they should remember ,todays small money is tomorrows big money.</p>

We have been trying for two weeks just to get a quote for a power supply ,I have sent a seperate email like this one before to enquire.We get no response regarding a quote ,not via Comx or Mecer.How can we just get a qoute and pay to aquire the product.Both requests are for the same product.
