Non-service by this company

I wish it was possible to give these people 0 stars. I recently ordered three UPS batteries from them. So then they first ask you whether you are sure that you really want to order this item because if you are, then they first need to do a stock check with their supplier. So I said yes I am really serious. A day or two later they informed me that yes, their supplier has stock and do I really want to order the item. Then I said yes, please invoice me and give me your banking details. Then I promptly paid them and sent them proof of payment. Then I got an email with a waybill attached to it, but they said the waybill does not mean the item has been shipped or even picked up by their courier. I really am not sure what the hell it does mean. Then nothing further happened for half a week. Then I sent an email asking what's happening. Then I got a reply from them saying sorry their supplier doesn't have stock so the supplier has canceled their order and here is a credit note. Not hang on, we will source the item elsewhere or we will make a plan or something like that. No, sorry here's a credit note, have nice life. Only they will know what I would want to do with their credit note. These people are amateurs, please don't be enticed by their relative low prices. Don't buy from them, they're useless.
