NO service received after laptop has been bought

I bought a laptop in January through Comx Computers. I have received EXCELENT service. <br> The laptop has a one year warranty.<br> Today the laptop does not want to start-up for no reason. After 5 months use. The number on the invoice and email does not ring. I have mailed them twice and still no feedback.<br> I took the laptop to our local IT out of frustration... Its going to cost R1,500 to fix...<br> Thanks Comx Computers for not getting back to me....<br> You could have at least rep**** on my emails!! Even if you perhaps can not help.... :-(
