comx confusion

there seems to be a vindictive staff member at comx computers.when ever we order from comx we get rejected .and our order falls through.also when we try calling we get a dropped call.this is discriminatory and we will see them in court as we have not done anything to them or any of their family.we at least deserve respect and dignity from this company.i have had problems with them in the past.they seem to think that we have wronged them in the past and won't attend to us.
