Comx Computers - very bad customer service

It was my first purchase with ComX Computers. Checked with ComX if they have stock on a WWAN Card. After confirming the stock with the supplier, ComX asked me to make the payment. Immediately made the payment and then started the waiting. After 3 weeks of back and forth emails between me and ComX, they didn't have a clue of what going on with my order and finally they found my order with the supplier was some how cancelled? huh? These guys do not have a clue of customer satisfaction. I ended up buying the same item from another seller. I would never buy again from ComX.
