MANAGER DROPS PHONE IN CLIENTS EAR

on 14 Jan i received a call from Anike from Comtron telling me a technician will be coming to my house as they were there on Tuesday 12 Jan( i had been waiting since 8 Jan for a tech to come to my house), I told the manager that was a lie and she proceeded to have a sarcastic attitude with me leading to a small arguement then she dropped the phone in my ear. I called the number back and in anger asked her \ who the hell she thought she was to drop the phone in my ear
