DSTV accredited installation - Comtech satellite installation

I was looking for a DSTV accredited installation company to assist with my TripleView installation. I came across Comtech Satellite installations. I was charged R2,275 for a job that did not resolve the issue. Payment was requested on day of completion. While they also explicitly knew that the installation was not complete and stated it as such. The installer promised to come back on the 30th October 2019, with alternative approach without any additional cost. All correspondence available for any scrutiny, of required to be published. Up to date no return and my messages are being ignored.
