No delivery received, support doesn't tell the truth, nothing has even shipped yet a week after ordering

Ordered RAM on 25th March. Was promised delivery by mid this week. Reached out yesterday (Wednesday) and promised it would ship this morning... Reached out again now, and no answer. Pricing good. Service is really bad - no response to emails, phone calls unanswered, and the online bot is a variable experience. So overall pretty completely underwhelmed. Stick to the big guys to be sure you get what you want when you want it.
