Your website is unusable

I tried three times with different web browsers to book on your website. When you fill in credit card details and check out , it scrolls to the top and hides all content offscreen. Then when you figure out what it has done, and get past that, it returns an error and takes you back to the payment screen where you have to re enter all your details. It is terrible. I had to drive to a branch to book.
