You’ll wait for refund till you die

I bought a ticket for an event that was set to take place in June, the event organisers kept changing the dates and I ended up asking for refund on the 17th of August they said the refund has been processed, I should wait 3-7 working days. I waited but never got the refund, enquired on the 29th and they said the same thing . Still waiting for refund to this day. I dislike their service sooo much
