Wrong vunue printed on ticket

My wife bought tickets for Metro FM Awards only to realize that they printed the wrong venue. We contacted computicket about this error and they don't want to assist . we spoke to Claudia who is trying by all means to help but computicket doesn't care about helping us . What I want to know is when an incident like this happens what are process are in place to protect the consumer if the is an error on the ticket they cannot just dismiss because they have the money . Somebody need to explain to me please. This is not a cancellation its a error on the ticket .
