Wrong name on air ticket

We bought a holiday packet to Mauritius. Called them several times to assure everything are correct. On the day of the departure, my husband's name were wrongly spelled on the system. We were forced to buy a nee ticket of R10100!!! That was our spending money. And sll IN-compu(tent)ticket could say, was SORRY :-(. After we send passports ect more than 2 through to them to assure everything was right. Never ever again!!!
