When Computicket cannot fix their own mess up!!

When my boyfriend waiting 3 hours in a queue for Ed Sheeran tickets at Computicket, little did he know how pathetic their service later on would be. When he had paid for the tickets, he was shown at the time that both tickets were seated next to each other, now when he goes to pick up actual tickets (computicket issued a ticket reservation to make you come back months later to pick up an actual ticket closer to the date of event), he is told that we are no longer sitting together, with a half assed apology and then told they can issue a refund (which is nonsense as conputicket does not do refunds)! He’s been in the Computicket office for hours and This apparently cannot be resolved!! Which couple wants to sit separated at a flipping Ed Sheeran Concert Computicket??What kind of Mickey Mouse Fong Kong organization are you running! You do nothing to fix a mess you created! Not even provide an upgrade at a discounted rate!!! I mean seriously?
