Virtual voucher for people in distress -lost at Computicket?????

Bought virtual voucher for people in distress in township-no food ext.I bought 2-the one went through but they did not received the second one. Both to the amount of R1000.00 ...for different families -Dit get stamped statements from the bank.....they were payed.....also confirmation on my phone....I send every document and reference no. to them......The lady that help me with the missing voucher was very friendly and polite.........after 4 days -nothing.....do believe I am not the onlyn case.....there is more of them that lost their virtual vouchers via computicket-do believe ***** is involved......you try to help people that is begging for help and then the money get ******...........think twice before you make use of Computicket to send a voucher!!!!!!!!!Please let me know if there is more people out there with this problem!!!!..........
