very very bad

How can one buy 4 tickets for a springbok vs all blacks game and they give you ref no. etc. and when you want to print your tickets it is not available. They are over eager and want to sell so many tickets that they oversold and now there is people like me that bought tickets and dont have tickets. I do not care about refunds i want to watch the game live. They must or stop doing business or get their act together.
