Very rude ticket sales lafy

<p>Hi my name is Zanele, on 27.04.2017 I went to book a bus at computicket for my daughter who is a minor /unaccompanied 6 year old. I was told by a lady who refused to give me her name that she won't take that risk and book the bus for a child that you and she told me that I DO NOT LOVE MY CHILD .is asked her what she just said and she replated herself and said" yes you don't love your child and you can take it they way you want" very sad and sensitive. Please help me with this as I am very emotional right now and I don't know what to think.bushes said this on my face with a very bad attitude .</p>
