Very disappointed

<p>I am very disappoint with the service I am getting from computicket.where I am waiting for my refund since January .the airline has confirmed that I am due a refund however computicket keeps referring me to the airline .I really don't find them helpful can someone please contact me via e-mail so I can show what I am dealing with **********
