Very bad service and miscommunication

Very bad service from them, I have booked tickets for Smokie, they send an email that they are going to refund the tickets,I phoned them and ask they must just transfer the tickets to the new date. On Facebook messenger, they have confirmed that they cancel the refund. They phoned this morning and told me they did the transfer I must please make the payment again.
