utter inconvinience

To whom it may concern, <br> <br> I would like to highlight the inconvenience caused by computicket and checkers hyper for collection of tickets for the prime circle concert.<br> <br> Both checker and House and Home computicket services where offline , I was told to go to Edenvale Checkers to get the tickets. <br> <br> What kind of service is this for customers an utter inconvenience. <br> <br> To make things worse it's on the day of the concert and one has to run around to get printed tickets. Why not give the client the option to print at home if checkers hyper printers are offline and computicket is offline.<br> <br> Lets just say this is not the standards of customer satisfaction.
