Useless Service

I purchased tickets on the Computicket website on the 24th of January 2019.

The transaction failed on their website but the money was taken out of my account.

I then made numerous calls to Ayanda and Jessica who are just plain useless. They totally ignore emails and they don't ever return calls!

Its been over a month and still nothing has been done and the amount of R600 is still owed to me!!!! Weeks pass by and I do not get any feedbac****

You would think that a company as big as Computicket would be more professional but they are totally useless including their staff Jessica and Ayanda!

Its absolutely frustrating but these people couldn't care any less!
