Unsatisfied, highly disappointed Customer

Bought a airline ticket on the 23rd June on computicket website. Their website confirmed the payment as unsuccessful, however it still went of my account. Tried to contact them with no luck, send them electronic communication and still no feedback. Called them on the 27 June again and one of their agents confirmed that he will log the query and get back to me. I still have not heard from them
