unprofessional and bad service

<p>I was at shoprite Boulders today soon after work.i went there to purchase tickets of an upcoming event...they told me they don't have the tickets I must go to Ebony of which I told them I don't even know where it was...the cashier called her manager to come and help Mr---- told me he can't help me I must go to another, then he also left me and he never excused himself ( very bad attitude in business) then a lady manager manager she told me her problems which she is facing with head office which is supposed to deliver the ticket,and she can't help me which looked very impossible,i even asked her why can't she call Computicket so we can get the issue sorted, she refused, .....Computicket please take your business somewhere not shoprite,,,they standard is of a ****a they not worth your business, very unprofessional, ,</p>
