Unflinching, unreasonable cancellation policy

Computicket's cancellation policy sucks! Cancellation fees are outrageous - I decided I would rather give my tickets to someone else than pay that cancellation fee........and when I asked them if it was possible to exchange my tickets for another show AT THE SAME VENUE AT THE SAME PRICE, the answer was "no"!
