Unacceptable!

Hi Edgar,

I understand there might be a penalty, however, the lack of service I am receiving, I will surely not use this method of traveling in future, the fact that you cannot advise an amount is unacceptable.

I am requesting a refund due to the ridiculous quotes provided for wanting to change my departure to a month later. We are in December and I am booked to leave the end of February. It is 2 months and a bit prior to departure!

Urgently escalate this matter, please!
