Unable to Print Tickets
<p>I cannot access my tickets using either Firefox or Internet Explorer.</p> <p> </p> <p>I log in an it only shows me tickets for 3 shows that I saw last year.</p>
It turns out that the system cannot handle an account that used a different email address for the payer. So because it was paid for with my wife's credit card and the reminder mail emailed to her, she has to log in to be able to print the tickets.
But this is not possible because she does not have an account with Computicket.
Looks like Computicket got the fundamentals of buyer vs payer wrong.
