Unable to print ticket

The most horrible experience I have ever received. I bought tickets online and I was unable to open up the pdf receipt with the online ticket and it said that unsupported format. I went to my local shoprite and they were unable to print the ticket. This then meant I missed the event the Redbull Kabza Orchestra as this was my birthday gift. I reported it and I am still awaiting feedback. I am beyond appalled. I want my money back and compensation from their appalling service cause imagine planning a whole month ahead to not even go.
