Unable to change my e-mail address on Computicket (and retain the current bookings)

I changed my e-mail address (since the old one is no longer going to exist).

I have a current booking of 14 tickets to Swan Lake (which was extended to July this year because of Covid).

I therefore need access to this booking (in case in gets cancelled, or extended again).

Once I changed my e-mail address, I couldn't see the booking (the system said I must check on the old e-mail address). I could not access it.

So I wrote a complaint on the Computicket website explaining the above, and asking them to move the bookings to the new e-mail address. This is the response that I received from them :

Thank you for your email Please note that once a booking has been completed and an email address is captured the email address on the booking cannot be altered
