Bought a ticket online and the amount went off my account i did not receive my ticket no communication nothing i only got to find out that my ticket was canceled when i arrived at the Intercity offices i had to buy a new ticket . it's an inconvenience I'm extremely disappointed and angry with their service even now I'm trying to call it keeps saying busy iv sent 3 emails already no reply .
