Trouble getting my refund back

I had trouble getting my refund back for bus tickets that were never confirmed . I thought I would never get my refund back since I got different responses from computicket and I had to write numerous emails to them but at the end I got my refund. I won't be using computicket in the near future as they don't have a proper system in place to deal with customer issues. One would think it is a bogus agency.
