Treated like a ******** by computicket!!!Unable to collect tickets...

My mum purchased ed sheeran tickets under my name for me last year using her credit card. We live in different provinces hence she could not collect the tickets. I went in store with the confirmation email containing the reference number which was sent to my email address , my ID and a letter from her giving me permission to collect the tickets. I video called my mother when I got the counter since she couldn't be there in person, my mum showed the credit card via video call. The lady at the counter called computicket and spoke to a Fiona who was absolutely rude and unhelpful! She refused to take my mother's number and get back her stating she will not her because it can not be done. My mother called in to speak to her where she continued to be thoroughly rude, not even offering to take her details and help us find a solution. This is an absolute inconvenience and I am in such disbelief of the ********** service I received. We spent a lot of money on these tickets and it should not be such a hassle to collect tickets which we have paid for!!!!! It is humiliating to be treated in this manner as if we stole the tickets.... Please can somebody attend to this if not I am going to take this up further!!!!
