Travel Permits required after President Cyril said we can Cross Provincial Borders???

I contacted Computicket yesterday afternoon and asked to book flights for 2 employees of mine for the 24th August 2020. I was told that they require me to have Government Issued Permits as they have not received the go ahead from their own department. This has shocked me incredibly. Normally Computicket is great and always looks after our needs. Now they down right tell me they sorry but we need Travel Permits to travel. Its fine. All the business we send their way we will divert to other companies from now on. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! I still have not received a call back to inform me otherwise and now the ticket prices have gone up. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!
