Trash Website. Trash UX. Trash Experience.

The Website doesn't seem to work, the mobile site requires constant login and I am unable to access my account or ticket information. Because of this, I am unable to transfer my ticket to someone else or cancel it. Losing R495, I will try and avoid EVER booking a show through this absolute trash website. PLEASE Avoid partnering with this company if you're going to put on a show. The customer experience leaves much to be desired. About as useful as Eskom right about now.
