Total Incompetence

I booked tickets for Ed Sheeran for 23rd March, when I booked at Checkers Durban North, I asked for 3 tickets together and then another 2 tickets together which didnt have to be near the other 3 I booked. Obviously when booking last year we received a receipt of our purchase and told to collect our tickets from 28th February 2019. I collected my tickets and find that they are all over the place, the two I asked to be together are actually on the opposite side of the field. Why on earth would you book tickets all separate and all over the place, anyone with a brain would know that if you ask for 3 together you want three together not all over the place and this was not told to me when I was making the booking.
