**** TICKETS FOR A NON EXISTENT EVENT

Bought tickets for a family picnic that was supposed to happen at the Johannesburg zoo on the 26 November 2023, in the morning when we arrived at the zoo they told us that they don't recognize the tickets and don't have an event like that planned for that day... I don't understand how Computicket can accept cash for an event that is non existent and at a higher price than the entrance fee of the Johannesburg zoo *** was the number on the flyer, which we called several time on that day with no avail
