Tickets bought at computicket didn’t scan.

I bought 2 tickets at Shoprite on 29 December 2024 for the finale fiesta event in Rustenburg 31 December 2024 event. When I arrived at the venue on 31 December 2024 the tickets couldn’t scan. Who owes me a refund? Shoprite or computicket?
