Ticket refund - canceled by computicket

I booked a Intercity bus ticket on 31st Oct 2024 at 18:44, using the Computicket website but I did not get an email with a receipt of confirmation. I’ve written to them via their WhatsApp line which takes them 1hr plus to responsd and quick to close the request when I don't respond to them in a minute. I have called them but there is no response.
