Ticket refund

I bought 2 tickets online from the computicket website. As soon as I got to the event they couldn't scan the tickets that I got from computicket on my email. I logged a compliant and requested a refund on the 03 Feb 2025 and till date they haven't said anything. I had to pay at the gate for entrance and it caused a major inconvenience.
