Ticket Migration/Refund/Cancellation

Good day<br> I purchased Mariah Carey months ago and unfortunately i will not be in town to experience it. I would not have knowingly purchased them if i had been told i would in be PE. There is still 23 days to the concert and they are arent willing to refund the tickets. I can send flight confirmations if that will help. If i could migrate the money to a different event or have it in a computicket holding account so that i can use it for other events that would be fine and they are not willing to assist. It is R2490 i have spent and it cant be ok to throw away that kind of money. Please will you assist computicket. Thank you
