TICKET COLLECTION/CANCELLATION

I booked tickets online to the Kalfiefees in Herm****. After completing the transaction I was told that I could not print out my ticket, despite having previously seen a Computicket board at Checkers Herm**** saying that you can print your own ticket. I phoned and was told I could collect the tickets at the theatre venue. I was then phoned again and told I had to go to Computicket office or Checkers to get the tickets. This was very difficult. I asked that the tickets be cancelled and was told that they would be- at a penalty cost of 100% of the price of the tickets.<br> Go figure- won't be using Computicket again- and will suggest to festival organisers that they use Webtickets in future.
