Ticket cancellation

Worst company ever, I bought 2 tickets for the event that will take place on the 10th of August 2024. I made calls trying to cancel the tickets because I have family commitments scheduled for the same date. On the 18th of June I called they told me that the tickets are cancelled I will get my refund after 7 to 10 working days. 1st week of July I called gain I was told to hold on the line boom the calls was dropped that happened twice, the 3rd I spoke to a lady telling me that the tickets are not cancelled she gave me options one of them was to go to the store. I went to Checkers in Queenstown, I was told to call Computicket to ask them to cancel the tickets on their side they can’t assist me because Computicket is not taking their calls. Yesterday I decided to send an email guess what I was told that the will charge me 50% penalty because I cancelled the ticket less than 30 days before the event. I told them what happened, I also requested them to pull the calls from the 18th of June when I call. Did I get help NO , they just deducted 50% and gave me the reference number baphola. I’m so ****ed 😡
