THIS IS DISGUSTING. PLEASE HELP.

When the sale of tickets opened for The Match in Africa (tennis) at 09H00 on 4th September 2019, I was already online waiting to secure a ticket. After just 20 minutes the tickets sold out, that didn't make sense to me. I made a call but luckily over the call I managed to secure two tickets for The Match in Africa, on the lower tier, Block A, Row 9. Now I've been getting calls from Computicket to move to Row 20 for the same price and they have the guts to say if I don't move they'll block my tickets! Who are you reserving the tickets for???! I didn't buy those tickets to be on Row 20!!! You want me to change the seating and threatening to block my tickets and won't give me access if I don't move. How dare you. I wanted to get a better view! PLEASE HELP BECAUSE THIS IS UNJUST. FIRST THEY **** AND SAID TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT BECAUSE FOR SOME REASON THEY ARE RESERVING TICKETS AND SEATING FOR CERTAIN PEOPLE. THIS IS A BAD SOUTH AFRICA WE LIVE IN. HEEEELLLLPPP.
