This is actually what Computicket thinks of thier clients

So my wife has been having an ongoing battle with Computicket for 5 months already regarding an an issue that is their fault. My wife was forwarded an internal mail for reference where a call centre staff member referred to my wife as "a client that is now getting out of hand". We have been nothing but forthcoming with every little request from Computicket and been nothing but friendly to everyone we spoke to, everytime Computicket came back to us with another story we accepted it. This is beyond unprofessional knowing that this is what Computicket thinks of clients that are forced to purchase tickets through them.
